As of now, the telephone support is available for nine countries including Denmark, Greece, Malta, Austria, Latvia, Italy, Luxembourg, Estonia, and Hungary & will be extended to other countries of the Schengen area as well.

According to a survey, there were over 700000 Schengen visa applications submitted by the Indians in 2015 alone and the number has only been increasing over the years. While there are enough instructions already available online, the new telephonic service will speed up the Schengen visa process.

The service will be charged between Rs.100 and Rs.150 depending upon the level of assistance requested and the country you are applying the Schengen visa to.
